Questions We Get Every Day
Most units are completed within 30–45 working days from sign-off. We provide weekly photo updates so you always know the progress — no chasing required.
Not at all. We manage the full project remotely. You approve designs via WhatsApp, receive weekly photo updates, and we only need you for the final handover walkthrough.
We provide a 6-month defect warranty on all workmanship. Any issues reported within that period are rectified at no additional cost to you.
Payments are structured in 3 milestones: RM500 booking fee to secure your slot, 50% upon hardware work commencement, 40% upon furniture installation, and the final 10% on completion.
We primarily cover Klang Valley — KL, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Shah Alam, and surrounding areas. Contact us for availability elsewhere.
Most renovation companies stop at handover. We continue — finding tenants, managing your unit, and ensuring your investment performs. We are renovation and rental management in one.
